Earthquakes and maremmas.

Greetings loyal readers.  It was another cold evening in the Mangamahu valley. Me and Nellie were nice and warm on our beds on the deck, sound asleep when We heard this strange noise and then the house started to move.  Me and Nellie looked at each other and then We started barking.  We had to warn our family that there was danger around.  Me and Nellie did not understand why the deck was moving around.  Daddy had got out of bed and was standing in the doorway.  Meanwhile, mummy was sound asleep.  She says that it would take more than a 7 magnitude earthquake to wake her up.  What woke her up was our barking and the family turning on lights to see if there was any damage.  Daddy says so much for animals ie Me and Nellie having to ability to sense earthquakes before they occur.  Thankfully there was no damage to the house and Me and Nellie soon settled ourselves down to resume our slumber. You can read about the earthquake on the following link:

Off We go.  Daddy is going to open the gates for mummy and We must be there to supervise.  Love Nellie and Jasper the two warmest maremmas in the land.
