Nellie sleeping by the door

Greeting loyal readers.  We thought you would all like to see some photos of Me and Nellie partaking in our favourite activity – sleeping. Just because it looks like We are snoozing our lives away does not mean that We will not  leap up and start barking should We hear a sound that needs our attention.  Love Nellie and Jasper.

Just a quick update on mummy’s plants.  She has lost her giant pumpkins and cucumbers.  Her beans look terminal and her tomatoes, basil and dahlias have taken a hit.  Hopefully, it will get warmer at night again soon.

That kitchen spot looks like the best. Then you’re right there whenever something good is dropped on the floor.

  6. Sleeping is really important. And, yes. We must always have that ear attuned to the slightest sound that requires our attention. I have to build sufficient energy to get all the other stuff done too…dig holes, bark, patrol the perimeter, chase squirrels…
