A Garden Ramble

Clever use of an old stump

Clever use of an old stump

Greeting loyal readers.  Yesterday mummy and the neighbour went on a garden ramble.  Mummy was gone for most of the day and when she came back she had ideas for more work for daddy around the place lots of bright ideas on how to improve the garden.  Me and Nellie could not see the point of visiting other people’s gardens. How boring, so We stayed home. (not that mummy would have taken Me and Nellie anyway) and supervised the activities of our guests.  It was very hot and windy, so Me and Nellie made ourselves very comfortable under the shade of one of our trees and settled down for a snooze.  Have a look at some of the photos mummy took.  Love Nellie and Jasper.

For some reason mummy is very interested in garden edging.

It’s a bad trend. When She leaves, She gives Him a list. What happened to happy time with Him and the dogs? It happens here, too.

  5. I like edging too…ours was wooden and I accidentally chewed it – whoops!

  6. Zena says:

The Producer thinks the lounger looks very inviting. You and Nellie should have one each under the trees for those hot days!

  7. Dougall says:

Hmmm… as long as the edges don’t stop your from getting into the garden… Plants are good for chewing!
