Naughty Nellie

007Greetings loyal readers and fellow maremmas.  Now as loyal readers know Me and Nellie have a teenage human sister, it is her birthday soon and she wants a pawtry.  Mummy and Daddy have said yes, but with some very strict rules about alcohol and boys.   This morning, mummy thought she’s pop over to the woolshed and have a look at what needs to be done to prepare for the pawtry.  As usual she let Me and Nellie go into the woolshed paddock, but while her back was turned,  Nellie wiggled under the bridge and decided to visit the neighbour.  Once mummy realised Nellie was missing, she asked Me where she was.  Being the clever maremma that I am, I went and put my paws on the fence next to the neighbour’s vegetable garden and started making pathetic whimpering sounds to let mummy know where Nellie went.  Needless to say mummy was not happy about having to go to the neighbour’s place to find Nellie.  She said some very naughty words, directed at Nellie.   For once it was not Me that was on the receiving end of mummy’s choice naughty words.  Thankfully Nellie came home.   Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in the land.

Oh no Nellie, you are in trouble now!

  2. Nellie was very naughty! You were a loyal and smart brother, Jasper, to help your mom find her. That was a scary story, but I love a happy ending…

If there were green beans in that garden, I would have been there before Nellie.

  6. Will and Eko says:

Nellie was just making sure no boys were hiding out!

  7. That will be Me and Nellie’s task on the night of the party. The boys are sleeping in the wool-shed and it be Me and Nellie’s job to ensure that they don’t leave there and try and get into the house, where all the girls will be. Maybe I could borow Ranger’s badge?

  8. I can’t believe that Nellie can squeeze under the bridge like that. I guess all that beautiful fur is misleading!

  9. Am sure you will be pawsome Guard Dogs and be able to ignore the sossidges and bbq chops the boys will try to bribe you with. So glad that Nellie did not go any further than the veggie patch xxx’s

  10. Looks like Nellie had fun and there’s nothing better than finding an open gate or gap. The bath that follows somewhat spoils the fun. We like to get down and dirty too when the opportunity presents itself. Happy Birthday to sister and – Jasper – dont you and Nellie drink too much. You have to be on guard duty remember.
