Greetings loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Now as loyal readers know Me and Nellie have a teenage human sister, it is her birthday soon and she wants a pawtry. Mummy and Daddy have said yes, but with some very strict rules about alcohol and boys. This morning, mummy thought she’s pop over to the woolshed and have a look at what needs to be done to prepare for the pawtry. As usual she let Me and Nellie go into the woolshed paddock, but while her back was turned, Nellie wiggled under the bridge and decided to visit the neighbour. Once mummy realised Nellie was missing, she asked Me where she was. Being the clever maremma that I am, I went and put my paws on the fence next to the neighbour’s vegetable garden and started making pathetic whimpering sounds to let mummy know where Nellie went. Needless to say mummy was not happy about having to go to the neighbour’s place to find Nellie. She said some very naughty words, directed at Nellie. For once it was not Me that was on the receiving end of mummy’s choice naughty words. Thankfully Nellie came home. Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in the land.
