Me and Nellie supervising daddy’s activities.

Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas.  Now as you all know Me and Nellie live in the sunny Mangamahu valley and spring time is here.  This morning daddy decided to move the sheep into another paddock so Me and Nellie came along too to assist him.  Here are some photos mummy took of Me and Nellie.  Good luck to the boyfriend.  He is competing at the Royal Adelaide show in South Australia as part of the Under 21 New Zealand wood chopping team.  Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in all the land.

  1. I don’t know much about sheep, being a city dog, and all, but it doesn’t look like you’re helping very much. Just mostly hanging out.

    Love and licks,

  2. The move is bound to be easier with expert supervisors. Looks like a lovely spring day

Competitive wood chopping? I’d rather do competitive eating and, yes, there is such a thing. Unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed. Are animals allowed in wood chopping? If so, I’ll bring my pet beaver.

Oh, you two did a good job helping your dad move the sheep. Looks like you had a great time frolicking in the pretty green grass too. Hugs and nose kisses
