Greetings loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Now as you all know Me and Nellie live in the sunny Mangamahu valley, located between Wanganui and Hunterville. We are close to the centre of the North Island and the mountains. Yesterday, mummy was going into work to finish writing her weekly article for the Wanganui Chronicle.  It was a stunning spring morning, after a frosty start,  and you could see for miles, and miles.  Mummy amused herself by taking some photos of the mountains.  As you can see the mountains look almost if you could touch them.

Just in case you were missing seeing Me and Nellie, here are some photos of Us.

Off Me and Nellie go. Racing is about to start at the America’s cup and all of New Zealand are hoping that today will be the day the America’s cup comes home.  Mummy says she is not going to watch the racing, she says she is a jinx and every time she watchs the race,  Team New Zealand loose. Lover Nellie and Jasper, who don’t care about sailing but want to know where their morning dinner is.

You guys live in such a pretty place! I always love seeing your photographs of your home, and not to mention all the adorable photographs of both you and Nellie! You always make me smile! We live in the city and we don’t get to see mountains like this!

You guys have your priorities right. No sense worrying about anything else if you have an empty stomach.

  3. Your neighborhood is very beautiful. As a city dog, I am always struck by the space and nature that surrounds you. The mountains are white and fluffy, but not a fraction as white and fluffy as my favorite maremmas. xoxo

    Love and licks,

  4. What a beautiful place to live. Our Lady LOVES mountains!
