Naughty Jasper and Nellie

Our letter box

Our letter box

Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Now as you all know Me and Nellie are the bestest doggy woggies in the land and We can do no wrong.  Well, yesterday We might have been just a little naughty.   Mummy was outside on the road, talking to the postie lady who was in her little red car.  Me and Nellie did not like the idea of mummy being out of the property unsupervised, so We decided to join her by walking through the fence.  For some reason mummy did not appreciate our efforts and started yelling at Me and Nellie.  Something about “going home and  get off the road”.  You will be glad to know, loyal readers that Me and Nellie totally ignored her and continued on our merry way having a good, old sniffathon at all the interesting smells We could find on the road verge, being our usual cloth eared selves. Thankfully no cars or trucks came down the road while Me and Nellie were having our little adventure outside the property.  Eventually mummy managed to persuade Me and Nellie that it would be a good idea to return home.  She might have mentioned the possibility of some tasty treats to entice Us home again. Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in the land.

Jasper and Nellie, it’s very impawtant that you keep your eyes on your mummy! She should appreciate your loyal concern! Wooooowooooooo!

  2. You listen to mommy and don’t be out on the road that is not safe. Glad you are ok.

  3. We had a big debate about your adventure and mom insists that your mom was right…we think she’s doing it just because your mom is a hooman too, they tend to stick together.

Oh my I bet you had your Mum quite upset. Glad you decided to help her get back home and get some yummy treats.

  18. Tasty treats are definitely in order! The nerve of being told to not explore good smells. Such tolerant and considerate doggies to let Mummy feel in charge.
