Food Glorious food

Let Me and Nellie in. We know that you are eating pizza behind that door.

Let Me and Nellie in. We know that you are eating pizza behind that door.

Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Now as you all know Me and Nellie are rather fond of our dinner and food in general. We are sure you would all be surprised to know that sometimes family does not share their food with Us. Why just last weekend, mummy came home with two large pizza for brother and his friend to have for dinner. Did they give Me and Nellie any? No, not of your Nellie.

And then just the other day mummy came home with a car load of meat to go in this place called the freezer.  Me and Nellie had wondered what had happened to four of the sheep.  They seem to have gone on holiday to Farmer Rae’s orchard.  The same place Forrest and Bubba went to.  Most mysterious.  Did mummy share any of the meat with Me and Nellie.  No way Jose.  Her and brother loaded up the wheelbarrow and took all the meat inside.   For some reason mummy did not appreciate Me and Nellie sniffing around.  She told Us to get out of the way.

All that glorious meat

Off Me and Nellie go.  I must take my rightful place, right in the middle of the kitchen, where I can supervise any activity there. Hopefully, some tasty treats will come my way.  Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in all the land.

  1. that’s making me not want lamb so much and I love lamb 😦

  2. The kitchen is the right place to be, Jasper. Front and center for where the food happens. Smart!

    Love and licks,

  3. It seems mean for them not to share. You should tell them that sharing is a nice thing. We hope they share more this weekend.

  4. Sage says:

What??? You were banished outdoors during the pizza feast? How rude. I’d stick to the kitchen–there’s more chance that they’ll somehow *drop* a piece.

    Now that’s some tasty stuff

When I saw the title of this post, I thought it was right up my alley. Darn, another tasteless day in the kitchen. We’ve all been there.

  7. Looks like the kitchen is the place to be for some snoop-paw-vision. Have a super Saturday.
    Best wishes Molly
