Happenings in the Valley

P1050377Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas.  Now as you all know Me and Nellie live in the sunny Mangamahu valley.  The main way in and out of the valley is over Wylie’s bridge.  This is a very old bridge and over time it has deteriorated, so the powers that be, have decided that a new bridge needs to be built next to the old one.   So when mummy was going into town yesterday this is what she saw down at the bridge.

P1050373P1050378P1050375Mummy says it is all very exciting, not that Me and Nellie think so.  Another thing she way was a some cows that had escaped out of their paddocks and were roaming free along the road. P1050395P1050397Again, Me and Nellie do not care about roaming cows.  After all, how does it affect Us.

Vegetables for this evening's dinner.

Off< Me and Nellie go. It is almost time for our evening dinner and We must be prepare ourselves.  Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in all the land.

I think a new bridge would scare me. Especially the cranes used to build it. I would love to see some runaway cows. As a city dog, I have never seen a cow in my life. They seem nice.

    Love and licks,

  3. Kismet says:

You don’t need a stinking bridge. You can swim and I can fly. Why do those humans who think that they’re so superior need a bridge?

  4. dougalldog says:

Did you have a go at herding the cows?
