Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas.  Well, it has been raining here in the sunny Mangamahu valley since yesterday.  Here are some photos, daddy took of the water.

Mummy and daddy decided to go into town to get some supplies.  Unfortunately, their plans were thwarted, not two kilometres down the road.

IMG_2742This afternoon, they went to move the neighbour’s cows to higher ground and this is what they saw.

IMG_2781IMG_2778As you can see the river is very high and at the moment We are officially cut off from the rest of the world.  But, don’t worry, loyal readers for Me and Nellie are toasty warm inside, out of the rain.
