Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Now as you all know it is coming into winter here in the sunny Mangamahu Valley. The temperature has been nice and warm through most of May, but winter has now arrived with a vengeance. Over the last few mornings the mercury has dropped to -3 C (26.6F). The days have been bright and sunny.
Now as you all know We live in an old house and like most New Zealand homes it is cold inside. Mummy says it is often warmer outside than inside the house and she opens the windows to let the warm air in. Many New Zealand homes do not have any form of central heating and insulation such as double glazing is uncommon. As you can see from this article:
But you need not to worry about Us three, We are all nice and warm inside with Daddy. As all good maremmas should be.
Love Nellie, Jasper and Itai, the three bestest maremmas in all the land.
