Summer Garden

Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas.  Notwithstanding the alsolute appalling weather, mummy’s garden is starting to show the fruits of her labour.  Would you like to see some photos?  Of course you would. Love the three bestest maremmas in all the land.

Please label the pictures. Most are recognizable, but there are a few that I am questioning. Are those purple beans? I know the strawberries and the cucumber. Is there a melon or is it a squash?

    • It’s a small pumpkin. Mummy says it is bigger than the giant pumpkin she is growing for the local pumpkin growing competition. Pumpkins are a very popular vegetable here, and is often served with other roast vegetables with a roast lamb.

  3. There is some yumminess in that garden! Yay!

    Love and licks,

  9. With it being a cold dreary winter day, your garden goodies look even more terrific. I can practically taste those strawberries and green beans. Yum!

How nice to see the fruits (OK, mostly veggies) of summer in the middle of our winter. Those strawberries looked especially good.
