Greeting loyal readers and fellow maremmas. Once again we have been away from Blogville. For this We must apologies. For some reason, beyond the ken of three of the bestest maremmas in all the land, mummy has been busy lately. Much too busy to attend to our blogging needs, but as our loyal readers know this is a very familiar story to all of you.
Brother came to visit Us at Christmas and brought some new visitors for mummy him to look after. For some reason We were not allowed to play with our guests.
In an attempt to keep cool, Itai has dug himself a nice dirt bed in the cool soil, underneath the grapevine.
Unfortunately, he gets rather grubby in the processes, but he is so happy.
Daddy has been busy doing this:
wow that are intresting guests ;O))) and I have the soil bed on my bucket list for summer, good idea Itai ;O)
We wish we had some nice summer weather!
Xena wishes she had guests like yours. (Schnauzers are ratters.)
Itai was always happy if he was dirty. Solomon is very much the same. Tell your Daddy to give you a paddle pool for you to put your feet into. That helps bring down your temp. From the hot and dirty dogs at Balagan Kennels
Mummy suspects a plastic paddling pool might develop holes in it from some maremma who might take a dislike to anything containing too much water.
Great update, J. The 3 of you look great, as usual. What is in the jars that your daddy was working on? Cherries? Stay cool….
Love and licks,
Cupcake
They are plums from one of our plum trees. Mummy wants to be able tp put them on her breakfast ceral in the wintertime.
Itai is near the grapevine and ready for the right moment for grape picking and wine making.
